Resources & Facilities
Staff and students of the Department of Media and Communications have access to a wide range of resources and facilities, both within the Department and also within the University generally.
Department resources
The Department offers a full range of on-site media facilities at both the main Perry Barr campus and the new Screen Media Lab facilities for enterprise and innovation in Digbeth. Both offer the latest industry standard equipment and have a team of highly-skilled technicians.
University resources
The University has many additional facilities and resources to make use of, including the libraries, sports facilities, and student union.
Accommodation
Birmingham City University offers varied accommodation, which includes traditional Halls of Residence and en-suite rooms, set in attractive ground in five different locations. In addition to this the University's Accommodation Services can offer advice on private accommodation.
